Job Description The Implementation Specialist (IS) is a 24 month-Fixed term contract and client-facing role responsible for: Leading implementation and onboarding of merchants to Cybersource products and services. Acting as the internal technical and operational SME for Cybersource. Supporting the client with Cybersource technical and operational processes. ​This role requires strong technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive adoption of payment solutions while collaborating with internal Visa teams and managing relationships with client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage merchant implementation for Cybersource products and services. Serve as the technical and operational SME for Visa’s Acceptance Solutions, uplifting knowledge across client functions and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Proactively identify and drive opportunities to improve client performance by monitoring health metrics and collaborating with specialists. Stay current with payment processing trends and technologies to deliver best-in-class client experiences. Oversee project timelines and deliverables, handle technical escalations, and provide training and enablement for client teams. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Experience in the payments industry with strong customer focus. Fraud or dispute knowledge is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and identify improvement opportunities Familiarity with card-not-present transactions and risk mitigation practices Excellent stakeholder communication skills: clear trade-off and decision framing Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams and organisations Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-resolution skills Strong technical literacy.
