The Alexander Technology Group is searching for a contract to hire Implementation Specialist to join a growing SaaS healthcare company in a client facing role to guide customers through the technical implementation. The Role:

The right candidate will be a customer-focused Implementation Specialist with strong API integration experience to guide new clients from post-sale to go-live. In this role, you’ll own onboarding, configure integrations, train users, and ensure a seamless product launch experience.

  • Lead technical onboarding and product setup for new customers.
  • Configure and test API integrations in collaboration with the development team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact during implementation, ensuring clear communication and timely progress.
  • Create documentation and training resources for customers and end users.
  • Track milestones and deliverables using Salesforce.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or software onboarding.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and technical configurations.
  • Experience in healthcare, EMR, EHR or related industries
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
