Description AO Multispecialty Clinic is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Implementation Specialist to support the rollout and optimization of systems, workflows, and operational initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for implementing new processes, technologies, and tools across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle functions. The Implementation Specialist will work cross-functionally with leadership, IT, billing, and clinical teams to ensure successful adoption and measurable impact. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly accountable, and able to translate strategy into execution in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Project Execution Lead and support implementation of new systems, workflows, and operational initiatives Execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables across departments Coordinate system rollouts including EMR updates, revenue cycle tools, and internal platforms Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals Workflow Optimization Analyze current workflows across operations, revenue cycle, and clinical teams Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements Standardize workflows across multiple locations Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as liaison between IT, operations, revenue cycle, and clinical teams Coordinate training and onboarding for new systems or processes Ensure clear communication and alignment across departments Support change management and adoption efforts Data & Performance Monitoring Track implementation success using key performance indicators Assist in building dashboards and reports to measure outcomes Identify gaps and recommend adjustments to improve performance Support leadership with reporting on operational initiatives Training & Support Train staff on new systems, tools, and workflows Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption Develop training materials and user guides Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary Work Environment Office-based role in a multi-specialty healthcare setting High collaboration with leadership and department teams Fast-paced environment supporting ongoing growth and operational expansion Benefits Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Opportunities for professional growth and advancement About AO Multispecialty Clinic AO Multispecialty Clinic is a physician-led healthcare organization providing services across Oncology/Hematology, Rheumatology, Urology, Plastic Surgery, and Radiation Therapy.
