YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

The Implementation Specialist will work with our clients (private medical practices) across North America to provide an exceptional experience. As a cornerstone of our organization, you will guide our clients through the seamless adoption of our BoomerangFX platform. This role also offers the opportunity to use your analytical skills to help you understand problems and effectively develop solutions, while properly uploading client data from prior client systems.

SCOPE OF DUTIES

· Transform prior data into current formats to be uploaded into the BFX platform utilizing advance Ms. Excel skills.
· Data migration of existing customer records and install all necessary components.
· Providing support and resolutions for escalated system issues on new and existing clients.
· Work collaboratively with the Practice Consultant team and clients to manage the implementation of BoomerangFX solutions while meeting client timelines.
· Attain an in-depth understanding of the BoomerangFX suite, becoming a go-to expert on how our platform can revolutionize private medical practices.
· Be able to manage multiple client projects at one time.
· Stay up to date on new features and workflows within the software suite.
· Connect with new/existing clients and understand their business needs & technical queries.
· Create specialized documents (eg. Patient forms) for each client and ensure that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
