REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce implementation, SaaS onboarding, pre-sales, or solutions consulting.
  • Experience with ERP integration, order processing systems, or retail operations.
  • Understanding of e-commerce workflows, logistics, catalog and inventory management.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Comfort working with APIs, platform configuration tools, or basic scripting (e.g. PHP, JavaScript, ).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset - independently analyze situations, finding solutions, workarounds and non-standard solutions when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage end-to-end implementation projects for e-commerce clients in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
  • Conduct discovery calls to map client requirements, processes, and goals.
  • Lead product walkthroughs, platform configuration, and API integrations with ERPs, shipping carriers, and marketplaces.
  • Provide technical product training and onboarding support to merchants.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Onboarding and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with developers when needed.
  • Develop reusable implementation templates, guides, and help center articles.
  • Contribute to customer success by driving adoption and helping clients optimize Base.com usage.
