The Implementation Specialist for the Virtual Site Survey (VSS) and Wiring team is responsible for coordinating and executing remote site surveys and ensuring all pre-install wiring requirements are met. This role supports the setup of hardware and networking infrastructure for new merchant accounts, working closely with internal teams and merchants to guarantee readiness for installation.

• 1+ years of experience in implementation, technical support, or field services (POS, SaaS, or related industry preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing wiring and equipment setups
• Comfortable working with cloud-based tools including Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Technical aptitude or background in networking, cabling, or IT infrastructure is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct virtual site surveys (VSS) via Zoom or phone to evaluate merchant environments for hardware and network readiness
• Review and approve merchant-submitted wiring photos and videos to confirm installation compliance
• Communicate directly with merchants, Account Executives, and Onboarding Specialists to guide and educate on cabling and VSS requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation of VSS results and wiring approvals in Salesforce
• Proactively manage and follow up on open cases to reduce install delays
• Support internal teams (Sales, RPOS, Technical Support) by responding to VSS and wiring-related questions
• Flag and escalate complex or non-standard setups to the Senior Implementation Manager or Technical Services leadership
• Help optimize internal processes by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements
