SUMMARY

Responsible for benefit administration platform configuration and support as well as eligibility management for associated lines of coverage on a dedicated book of business servicing clients of all sizes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Configure and maintain Employee Navigator benefit administration platform for new instances and at renewal/open enrollment.
  • Provide day-to-day support to clients on the management of their Employee Navigator platform.
  • Support the testing and launch of Open Enrollment on Employee Navigator.
  • Support the transition of clients from Ease to Employee Navigator via migration and/or rebuild of platforms.
  • Build and maintain 834 EDI feeds and Data Exchange files out of Employee Navigator.
  • May need to support manual eligibility within various NFP managed benefit administration systems (primarily Employee Navigator but may include Ease, Rippling, Zenefits, Bswift, and PlanSource). This includes keying elections/terminations/changes into carrier platforms.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years experience working with Employee Navigator platform as a broker user. Experience with Ease, Rippling, PlanSource, Bswift and/or ADP benefit administration platforms is also preferred. Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience. Individual must have a working knowledge of Microsoft product suite. Experience with handling PHI or other sensitive date is preferred.
