As an Implementation Specialist you’ll play a crucial role in onboarding new customers, ensuring seamless implementation, and helping them get the most out of our platform. You will be responsible for configuring solutions, conducting training, and optimizing our onboarding process for efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online training sessions to onboard new customers.
- Understand customer booking and reporting requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Configure and build customer environments using Salesforce tools.
- Support customers through their first three months
- Solve technical challenges and implement solutions that align with customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve onboarding through automation.
- Provide feedback to improve both the platform and the onboarding experience.
- Manage and oversee implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to align project goals, expectations, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies to ensure smooth execution.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in software implementation
- Salesforce.com experience (implementation or projects).
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- The ability to translate technical concepts into simple, clear instructions for customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Availability to work from our Basingstoke office at least 3 days a week.
- Proven experience in project management, handling multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
- Ability to define project scopes, set clear objectives, and track progress effectively.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce automations (Flows, Apex, or integrations).
- Interest in learning coding and development to improve implementations.
- A passion for improving processes through automation and innovation.
