YOUR MISSION AT MERCANIS
As an Implementation Specialist / Solution Consultant at Mercanis, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end process of implementing our solutions for customers, ensuring seamless integration and a smooth experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to understand customer needs and tailor the implementation to deliver maximum value. Your responsibility will be to guide our clients through the entire implementation journey, from onboarding to post-go-live support, while ensuring quick time-to-value of projects and customer satisfaction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ON THIS ROLE
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure a smooth and efficient post-sales process for new and existing customers.
Own the implementation process from initial engagement to post-go-live, ensuring the solution meets or exceeds customer expectations.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
You bring 2–5 years of experience in solution implementation, project management, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong track record of managing complex deployments and delivering customer success through tailored solutions (e.g. management consulting).
You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys taking ownership of the implementation process to deliver exceptional outcomes.
