Whether it’s supporting clinicians, streamlining operations, or improving patient outcomes, we’re here to make a real difference in healthcare through digital innovation. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist to lead customer‑focused delivery of our software solutions. You’ll run requirements workshops, translate business needs into practical system configurations, and ensure solutions meet agreed acceptance criteria. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams, own implementation documentation, support governance requirements, and contribute to consistent, high‑quality delivery practices. As a senior practitioner, you’ll also provide customer training and proactively manage risks across complex delivery environments. Key Responsibilities Lead customer discovery and requirements workshops, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholder groups. Collaborate with product, development, technical, and customer service teams to support accurate, timely delivery. Deliver customer training and implementation support to enable successful adoption and transition to BAU. Own implementation artefacts including requirements, configuration decisions, process flows, and solution designs. Support acceptance criteria definition, testing coordination, and solution validation. Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, escalating and recommending solutions as required. Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, processes, and delivery standards. Ensure compliance with the Health Records Act 2001 and healthcare data privacy and security obligations. About You You’re a confident facilitator and communicator who can translate business needs into practical system outcomes. You thrive in complex delivery environments, build strong relationships, and bring a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. What You’ll Bring 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in health technology (5+ desirable). Bachelor’s degree in IT, Applied Science, or equivalent (highly desirable).
