Description

Essential Functions:

  • Travels frequently to various customer offices and facilities to support the installation, training, and repair of company products.
  • Installs, calibrates and tests fastmill.io machine in accordance with pre-defined policies and procedures; requires use of precision measuring and testing instruments.
  • Trains the doctor and their staff on the entire glidewell.io workflow, in accordance with SaaMD (Software as a Medical Device) regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to:

    o Prepping and scanning chairside using best practices;
    o How to design posterior & anterior crowns, inlays, onlays and multiple unit cases;
    o Functionality of the fastdesign.io tools;
    o Materials handling.

    o Fastmill.io maintenance

  • Reviews office case work (i.e., scans and designs) and provides constructive feedback on improvements to increase successful milling.

  • Performs all repair procedures for the Glidewell.io system including but not limited to spindle replacement, door replacement, all motor replacements, all switch replacements, and boot replacement.
  • Assists in Glidewell.io CE courses on-campus to ensure a smooth workflow throughout instruction
  • As a SME (subject matter expert), assist the Learning and Development team in developing glidewell.io training materials and participates in the continuous improvement of overall customer facing training program.
  • Assist in training newly hired Implementation Specialists to deliver glidewell.io training to customers, reeducates staff as needed and keeps specialists informed of improvements and changes to the customer training program.
  • Collaborates with Technical Support, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing and Product Managers.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Business or Information Systems or related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a professional in the dental industry.
  • Previous experience implementing dental technologies in office as a consultant. preferred.
  • CAD/CAM design experience, preferred.
  • Electrical and mechanical experience, preferred.

Special Requirements/Certification

  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and passport.
  • Must be able to travel frequently by car, plane, and various modes of transportation.
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

Pay Range: $24.00-$33.0
