Red Pepper Software is seeking an Implementation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has excellent organizational and communication skills, someone who can build strong, lasting relationships with clients, and who is a creative and analytical problem-solver. At Red Pepper Software we develop custom software on many platforms for many clients, but it is all web and mobile-based development-we are passionate about building what matters. We also partner with technology companies by providing implementation and integration services to their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as main point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project to completion
• Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work
• Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment
• Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through phone and email
• Create project plans and budget updates
• Understanding the nature of each client’s business

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Experience driving implementations
• Experience configuring software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, dependable, and able to meet deadlines with a high level of autonomy and accountability
• Excellent follow up skills
• Detailed oriented
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects
• Comfortable learning new technologies
• Proficient on a computer
