Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the successful onboarding of new warehouse customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient implementation of our logistics, warehousing, or software solutions. You’ll act as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase, guiding facility team through system setup, process integration, training, and go-live support.

  • Serve as the primary contact for warehouse staff during the onboarding process.
  • Develop and manage onboarding project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Gather and validate customer requirements related to warehouse operations, inventory run rate, fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Work with IT to configure system settings and integrations to meet customer-specific workflows and operational needs.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to ensure smooth customer adoption.
  • Monitor onboarding KPIs and proactively address any issues or delays.
  • Provide feedback to the product and operations teams or continuous improvement based on customer onboarding experiences.
  • Support go-live activities and ensure a successful transition to post-implementation support teams.
  • Be willing to travel 70% of the time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business a plus, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, logistics, supply chain, or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, or logistics software is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in B2B and Ecom warehouse or logistics customer onboarding.
  • Knowledge of EDI, API integrations, or fulfillment platforms a plus (e.g., Ship Station, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
