SysAid is a software company that provides IT Service Management (ITSM) and Asset Management solutions through a SaaS (Software as a Service) model. We serve over 5,000 customers worldwide and help organizations increase efficiency by using automation, analytics, and AI.
As we keep growing our Professional- Services team we are looking for an Implementation Specialist to take part in managing the implementation process of the company’s product. This can be a great opportunity for you to gain experience in designing and implementing ITIL assessments and procedures, work with global clients, and join a team of professionals.

Requirements:

  • Desire and motivation to develop your technical and interpersonal skills by supporting the implementation processes of a SAAS product.
  • You have former experience with Technical support roles with a level of knowledge in the IT, and ITIL fields.
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate- an advantage.
  • You’re able to manage projects under time limitations, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You’re able to deliver presentations to all business levels.
  • You have strong oral and written English communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Leading customers, through the implementation process with a primary focus on off-site implementations (via scheduled sessions using web conferencing).
  • Understanding the business processes, and application environment, and gathering customers’ requirements.
  • Meet the client’s expectations and internal deadlines to ensure timely and successful implementations.
  • Providing technical support to cross-functional teams for our product.
  • Maintaining technical proficiency through self-training.
