This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Implementation Specialist in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions that align with client business and procurement needs. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements, design integrations, implement data solutions, and ensure successful project execution. Your work will involve translating complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders, performing system testing, and providing ongoing support to ensure solution effectiveness. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, client-facing environment where problem-solving, technical expertise, and attention to detail are critical. You will contribute directly to the efficiency and success of client operations while gaining exposure to advanced software and data management tools. \n Accountabilities Analyze client business processes and develop technical recommendations and configuration solutions. Design, document, develop, and test data integration transformations, migrations, and reporting solutions. Refine user requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. Conduct client product testing and provide technical support, including root cause analysis. Translate technical issues for non-technical team members and ensure project deadlines are met. Monitor quality levels of deliverables and escalate issues or blockers as needed. Assist with other duties as assigned to support successful project outcomes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst with similar responsibilities. 2+ years of experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and XML. Familiarity with multiple SDLC methodologies, including Agile, iterative, and waterfall. Experience with tools such as MapForce, Jaspersoft, or DBeaver is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work both independently and in teams. Proven ability to analyze data, solve complex business problems, and manage multiple tasks effectively. Exposure to web development tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX), APIs, ETLs, flat files, and transformation tools. Must be authorized to work in the US and located in one of the eligible states (AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MT, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI).
