DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Build and customize Webflow websites using branded templates Configure CRM accounts in GoHighLevel, including automations, tags, and forms Troubleshoot issues like broken links, missing triggers, or calendar errors Review junior team members' work before delivery Update task tracking tools (Linear, BugHerd) Help improve processes and identify areas for automation MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years of experience in implementation, web builds, or CRM configuration Hands-on experience with Webflow and GoHighLevel (or comparable CMS/CRM platforms) Strong ownership and accountability; can own tasks from start to finish Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities Experience coaching or reviewing work from other team members Comfortable engaging with clients for technical clarification or project updates EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in any of the following (preferred but not required): Information Technology, Multimedia Arts / Web Design, Computer Science, Communications/Digital Marketing, Business Administration (with tech focus or CRM exposure) Undergraduates or Vocational/Short Course graduates are welcome to apply if they have relevant hands-on experience or show strong tech proficiency Experience with Webflow, GoHighLevel, BugHerd, Slack, Linear, Zoom, Google Workspace, Loom Comfortable troubleshooting CRM automations, tags, pipelines, and support tickets #EnshoredJobs About Enshored Enshored is the leading outsourcer for start-ups.
