Requirment:

• Process customer orders
• Coordinate air freight shipments and transport arrangement
• Import/export permit declarations and customs clearance
• Liaise and source for the cargo space with different airlines to plan the flights to destination
• Dispatch/carry out ground operations
• Work with internal customers on process improvements
• Help craft SOPs and Work Instruction/Improvements
• Cut AWB, transmit FWB/FHL to airlines/terminals, declare permit and CMD
• Sales support
• Good team player
• Undertake other duties as requested
• Shift work: 0900-1800 / 1400-2300
• Rotating 5 working days per week
• 2 off days
