We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Import and Marketing Logistics Coordinator to join our growing retail and wholesale operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics coordination, product importing, and familiarity with Chinese-language platforms for supplier communication and marketing support.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, marketing, or related fields
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination, inventory control, or supply chain administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email systems, and basic data entry
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 13.5kg (30 lbs) when needed

• Coordinate and track incoming international shipments and imports
• Communicate daily with overseas suppliers (Mandarin fluency is a strong asset)
• Assist with customs documentation, freight forwarding, and cross-border compliance
• Manage inventory records and order workflows to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Maintain organized documentation for orders, invoices, and logistics updates
• Assist with Chinese-language marketing platforms (e.g., WeChat, Xiaohongshu)
• Support the preparation of operational and marketing reports
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and information
