Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

We’re currently looking for an experienced and motivated Import Coordinator to join our dedicated team at our Pontypridd-based operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service within the import process. If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take the next step in your logistics career, we’d love to hear from you.
This role will see you working Monday to Friday - 08:30-17:00.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Import Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating international shipments by sea, air, and road in line with client requirements.
Preparing shipping documents, tracking progress, and keeping clients updated.
Opening files and issuing customs entries with full AEO compliance.
Completing customs entries accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
Ensuring accurate, detailed data entry and timely invoicing.
Building strong client relationships and providing excellent service.
Liaising with airlines and hauliers to ensure smooth logistics.
