YOUR ROLE

We’re currently looking for an experienced and motivated Import Coordinator to join our dedicated team at our Pontypridd-based operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service within the import process. This role will see you working Monday to Friday - 08:30-17:00.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Import Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating international shipments by sea, air, and road in line with client requirements.
• Preparing shipping documents, tracking progress, and keeping clients updated.
• Opening files and issuing customs entries with full AEO compliance.
• Completing customs entries accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
• Ensuring accurate, detailed data entry and timely invoicing.
• Building strong client relationships and providing excellent service.
• Liaising with airlines and hauliers to ensure smooth logistics.

This role pays up to £24,800 per annum.
