In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: FTA coordinator Initial work related to purchased items (buy items) Confirm BOM items planned for procurement. Monitor PO progress report for tracking to receipt of goods. Review HS code availability and escalate when not available. Processing Supplier declarations Solicitation of declarations Validation of completeness Allocation of declarations to PO material receipts Country of Origin maintenance in SAP Liaison with Account payable Team, if required Liaison with Buyers, if required Initial work related to ‘made on works’ (make items) Validate all items are costed correctly. Validate all items are assigned correct country of origin. Processing manufacturing records Allocation of transaction records to materials Liaison with Planners, if required Completed assembled items records Ensure all BOM items have full traceability to support rules of origin. Initiate clearance to ship with Shipping Dept. Escalate any issues to Trade Compliance Manager Import Coordinator Providing Import declaration Management /Support of CBAM Manage communication between Broker/ Supply Chain / Classification specialist Pre-Alerts Broker queries Buyers liaison Classification validations & escalations Log import records using import log tool Support regular Import Audit related activities Support CBAM Reporting in ensuring ATC Documents are received and relevant data is available Who You Are: You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You build strong formal and informal networks. You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations. For This Role, You Will Need: Participate in Customs training related to Preferential Trade procedures.
