Film Logic Customs Brokers is a Customs Brokerage/ Freight Forwarding company that specializes in the Film industry located in Gardena, CA.
Current open positions are available in the Import department. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with experience preferred.
The Import Coordinator will work in the Air & Ocean departments along with the Time Critical Dept, ensuring all Import shipping activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure communication with vendors and clients are up to date. Prospective employees will enjoy a fast paced industry with a team-oriented approach and an emphasis on problem solving and communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 1 year related experience
· Understanding of air and ocean documentation process, ISF, compliance.
· Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
· Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Ability to work in a team and fast pace environment. Team player, resourceful and self-motivated, Pro-active, strong organizational skills
· Ability to meet timeliness under pressure.
· Cargowise experience is a must
· Be able to present one’s self in a highly cooperative and professional manner when meeting both internal and external customers and vendors face-to-face.

· Fluency in English. Any other languages are a plus.
