Mallory Alexander International Logistics, a global third-party logistics company (3PL) headquartered in Memphis, TN has an immediate opening for a Logistics Professional to join our team! We are thrilled to welcome a successful candidate who is an exceptionally organized team player, with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Preparation of U.S. Customs Entries and In-bonds, including knowledge of FDA, Agriculture, EPA, HAZ-MAT, and all other government agencies involved with importations. Maintain and keep up to date Inventory control and reports (Excel) Warehousing and Distribution. Coordinate the receiving and shipping of merchandise entering our warehouse for customers Track and trace shipments. U.S. and Mexico Transportation Coordination, coordinate transportation for customers Update operating system with associated milestones and events, including ETA, and changes to shipment details as notifications are received Report delays to appropriate CSR and supervisor Update any changes to shipment details as notifications are received Qualifications: High School Diploma, College Degree in Logistics preferred. 3+ years freight forwarding industry experience, experience with U.S. Customs Entries and In-bonds CargoWise One experience Microsoft Excel proficient Flexible schedule, overtime and weekends (occasionally) Fluent in English and Spanish (Speaking and Writing) Excellent organizational, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
