If you're ready to take the lead and drive innovation, IDE is where you belong. What You ‘ll Be Doing: Monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments. Communicating with transportation companies to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments. Market assessment and negotiation with transportation companies. Coordinating and handling the shipment process, including documentation (bills of lading, commercial invoices and export/import documentation) and customs clearance. Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements. Arranging transportation (trucking, shipping, and air freight) to meet the specific needs of each shipment. At least two (2) years of working experience in imports/exports and transportation procedures. Very good knowledge of the English language. Excellent use of MS Office, especially MS Excel & Word. Knowledge of SAP ERP will be an asset. Key Competencies: Very good communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence and challenge options. Strong sense of integrity.
