What do you get to do in this position Transport Purchasing: • Contract manager with suppliers (close collaboration with NPP) • Provide technical specifications of flows/ lanes to be addressed • Implement change actions with operational teams • Help to Identify and/ or lead implementation of technical savings actions Customer satisfaction: • Identify ways for outbound lead time reduction through carriers, flows, processes. • Daily/ weekly OTDT, OTDS-OTDC Gap follow up and communication with carriers • RCA analysis and action plan definition for service improvements • Responsible to follow Transport CCL performance and drive improvement actions - link to CCC Operations • Define and implement transport plans • Manage & co-ordination of exception management – claims, late deliveries, back up plans, carrier escalations • Analysis of lead times/ performance and improvement suggestions • Preparing Documents and co-ordinate delivery with WH and Carriers • Manage all direct communication with carriers & drivers • Participate in daily WH SIM2 and weekly SIM with Transport Manager in the Logistics Territory • Manage the dangerous goods handling process • Organize customs clearance operation process • Ensure the respect of customs regulations • Drive security (in co-ordination with WH) This job might be for you if You fit the following Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor´s degree in related field 3 years of relevant experience English B1 Achieve Sustainable Results Project Management Issue Resolution Data Sciences for efficient Decisions Network Modeling Logistics Systems & Tools Focus on Customer We seek out and reward people for being straightforward, open, passionate, effective and challenging the status quo.
