JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Import & Export Operations Coordinator to manage shipment tracking, customer service, and documentation processes. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, customs brokers, and overseas offices to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for shipment status, inbound inquiries, and cargo delivery details.
  • Track and monitor all incoming vessels to the United States and provide status updates.
  • Prepare and distribute import/export documents, including Arrival Notices, Invoices, Release Orders, and Delivery Orders.
  • Coordinate inland deliveries with customs brokers, LTL carriers, and drayage companies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation for carriers, forwarders, and customers.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams, customers, and overseas offices via phone & email.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with overseas branches, trucking companies, and air/ocean carriers to secure competitive pricing and services.
  • Prepare import documentation, customer quotes, and invoices.
