We are seeking an Export/Import Coordinator to join our growing logistics team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in international shipping who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and manage international shipments from origin to destination
• Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin)
• Schedule shipments with carriers and freight forwarders
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations
• Maintain detailed shipping records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Logistics experience with international shipments
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance requirements
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers
• Customs compliance and regulatory knowledge
• Systems experience with AS400, Oracle, or freight forwarding platforms preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination
