Job Description Someone who understands that successful import operations are built on precision, good coordination, and strong cooperation. In this role, you will be responsible for import activities, ensuring that shipments, documentation, and calculations are accurate and on time. Through close cooperation with logistics providers, internal teams, and the central warehouse, you will support smooth and compliant supply chain operations. What Will You Do? 🚀 Import activities: Execution of import activities in compliance with regulations and internal procedures. Organize International Transport: Coordinate international transportation in cooperation with logistics providers. Ensure Compliance: Take responsibility for veterinary import permits and correct import documentation. Maintain Data Accuracy: Enter data into the information system and ensure accurate completion of import route control files. Prepare Import Calculations: Create precise import cost calculations to support transparent and efficient operations. Collaborate Across Teams: Communicate with logistics providers and provide administrative support to platforms and the central warehouse. Process Control: Monitoring workflow activities and closely collaborating with the manager on any deviations or issues. Language Skills: You communicate effectively in English ( B2 level ) , both written and verbal, enabling smooth cooperation with international partners.
