Description

Job Description: Manage the complete import and inbound logistics process, from supplier shipment coordination through customs clearance and final warehouse delivery.
Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment movement.
Monitor inbound shipments, ETD/ETA, vessel schedules, delays, and delivery status, ensuring timely delivery to warehouses or distribution centers.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import procedures, while managing import documentation and resolving customs/clearance issues.

Qualifications: With 5+ years of experience in import and inbound logistics, preferably within fashion retail, manufacturing, or distribution.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience in international imports, inbound shipments, customs clearance, freight forwarding, import documentation, customs procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping.
Good knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel; international import and inbound logistics experience is an added advantage.
