Responsibilities
Reporting shipping updates to customers
Liaising with team all over the globe to ensure your customers’ cargo moves as arranged
Tracking your customers import shipments
Keeping up to date with what’s happening in the Global Shipping industry
Face to face meetings with the sales team
Regularly communicating with your customers and assisting with all aspects of international freight
