You’ll be supported by an experienced operations team, gain hands-on experience with international shipments, and have access to continuous training and mentorship. Requirements What You’ll Do Deliver proactive, high-touch customer service to import clients, ensuring every shipment receives the Ultimate Customer Experience. Track and trace import shipments from arrival to delivery, providing accurate updates and resolving any service issues promptly. Manage and organize shared email inboxes, ensuring clear communication and timely responses. Support the import team with documentation, billing, and data entry for shipments and brokerage. Coordinate with global partners, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth, compliant cargo movement. Learn international import processes, including customs regulations and documentation requirements. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment built on collaboration, accountability, and mutual support. What You Bring 1+ year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service preferred. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in international logistics. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CargoWise is a strong asset. Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow in a global organization.
