About the opportunity • Coaching and facilitating cross-functional teams through improvement initiatives across the business • Providing formal and informal training on improvement methodologies • Leading large scale improvement initiatives • Supporting business performance analysis through process mapping, data analysis and root cause analysis What you’ll bring • Experience and/or sound knowledge of Improvement across both methodology, principles and behaviours. • Demonstrated ability to identify and seize improvement opportunities. • Demonstrated experience successfully leading improvement initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to coach staff, develop and implement tools that staff can use for the purpose of improvement.
