A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Portfolio Improvement Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager – Portfolio Reporting. A bit about your role The Portfolio Improvement Manager role is accountable for driving continuous improvement across enterprise reporting, data, and supporting systems. It connects business, reporting, data and systems teams, with a focus on strengthening reporting outcomes, improving data integrity and aligning capability to enterprise data and systems strategies. It leads portfolio‑level reporting uplift, manages a prioritised improvement backlog, resolves root‑cause data and workflow issues, and supports the transition to sustainable, system‑generated reporting solutions. A bit about you The ideal candidate brings strong experience in enterprise‑scale improvement, reporting, data or system‑enabled roles within large and complex environments. They can translate strategy into prioritised, executable change, lead end‑to‑end improvement initiatives where problems are not fully defined and apply structured methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to deliver sustainable outcomes. They are analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and skilled at navigating system, process and organisational dependencies. They communicate clearly, influence senior stakeholders without relying on authority, and make evidence‑based recommendations. This role suits someone with an enterprise mindset who thrives during transformation, can challenge the status quo, understands change management and system landscapes, and can turn strategic direction into structured, operational outcomes.
