Description The Opportunity H-Wave is looking for a motivated and skilled IMR Collections Administrator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment. As an H-Wave IMR Collections Administrator, you'll be responsible for negotiating settlements and managing outstanding balances by engaging with adjusters, attorneys, and lien representatives. The Job Work with payors (insurance adjusters, claims representatives and attorneys) to develop strong customer relationships. Educate payors on the H-Wave unit. Maintain up to date knowledge on state labor codes and guidelines applicable to workers compensation and durable medical equipment. Follow up on appeal determinations through state portals, adjuster contact or attorney contact. Submit appeal authorizations for bill submission. Negotiate settlements with payors, including adjusters and/or attorneys. Follow up on settlements and confirm payment is received. Review incoming mail, including explanation of benefits (EOBs), and other correspondence.
