Management of the company approved contractors register
Management of the organisations fully integrated management system (14001,18001 and 9001)
Migration of the current management system from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001
Management of the external certification to Safe contractor, Constructionline, Achilles, comply works and other customer specific requirement
Complete risk assessments
Complete fire risk assessments in conjunction with project managers.
Complete PUWER assessments
Complete COSHH assessments
Maintain the fire log book checks
Assist with hand arm vibration monitoring
Complete customer pre-qualification questionnaires as required
Complete Contractor pass information for customers
Advise management on legislation changes
Maintain and upkeep the organisation legal and other registers
Maintain the organisations duty of care waste management compliance
Internal training - manual handling, fire safety
Compile required toolbox talks for management delivery
Act as the organisations HSQE expert with regards to regulation 7 of the management of health and safety at work regulations
Management of the organisation management review process
Management of the organisations non-conformance and corrective action process.
Assist the Scottish and Welsh Area managers in bringing their respective workshops in line with the head office IMS.
