On behalf of our Government client, Procom is searching for an IMT Management Consultant, Strategist and Planner for an intermediate role. This position is a hybrid position with occasional days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

IMT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, STRATEGIST AND PLANNER - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The OneData Alberta project aims to enhance data access, collaboration, and innovation across the Government client by developing data services that support a federated data ecosystem. The successful candidate will lead and support the design and development of these services to leverage data assets effectively.

IMT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, STRATEGIST AND PLANNER - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Experience in information management and technology development
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills
• Ability to lead and facilitate strategic conversations
• Proficiency in data management services
• Experience with data platform services and AI technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and remote environment

IMT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, STRATEGIST AND PLANNER – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with DevSecOps services
• Familiarity with advanced analytics and orchestration services
• Ability to generate strong visual assets for strategic purposes
• Experience in conducting cross-Ministry roadshows and demonstrations
• Knowledge of the Amazon marketplace model for user experience

• Lead and support the design and development of data services
• Provide leadership and advice on strategic areas and initiatives
• Facilitate strategic partnerships with external stakeholders
• Conduct business process reengineering activities
• Facilitate executive discussions on strategic matters
• Work with Manager Data Services to establish data and AI service offerings
• Create and present options, roadmaps, frameworks, and models for senior executives
