  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In-Classroom Disability Support Officer to join our Foundation team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting students with disabilities and/or mental health conditions, fostering inclusion, independence, and equitable access to learning.
As part of our inclusive education team, you will work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to implement individual learning and behavioural support plans, provide one-on-one or small group assistance, and contribute to the creation of a safe, respectful, and empowering learning environment. This position is institute-based and involves contributing directly to positive student outcomes through meaningful engagement, adapted learning support, and inclusive practices.
