JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a compassionate Behaviour Therapist to provide in-home therapy for a client a few times per week. The ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing behaviour intervention strategies and worked at a home base environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a Behaviour Therapist (ABA experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
• Ability to work independently and follow treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Provide direct 1:1 behaviour therapy in the client’s home
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behaviour strategies
• Track progress and collect data on sessions
• Collaborate with family members and supervising professionals to ensure consistent support
• Foster a supportive, encouraging environment for the client
