The In-Home Care Branch Coordinator role will primarily support our waiver program clients, ensuring their care needs are met with excellence and compassion. What We’re Looking For: Do you have experience scheduling 40 or more field-based caregivers, managing shifts for waiver and other home care clients, updating plans of care, and matching appropriate staff in a 24/7 work environment? What We Offer: Supportive team environment Competitive pay with direct deposit Mileage reimbursement Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits Employee-sponsored Aflac plans Paid Time Off 401k Matching Savings Plan Professional Development Assistance As a Branch Coordinator, You Will: Recruit and onboard new caregivers Create and maintain client/caregiver schedules with an emphasis on waiver clients Schedule visits in alignment with care plans and staff availability Communicate new assignments and schedule changes effectively Partner with Field Supervisors on new cases and supervisory needs Maintain staff and client databases, documenting care notes in real time Ensure authorizations and compliance requirements are met per insurance and waiver program standards Manage scheduling challenges (call-offs, no-shows, EVV, etc.) Track and update client and caregiver compliance items (e.g., TB screening, licenses, renewals) Document client/caregiver incidents, emergencies, or changes in condition Audit and approve caregiver time cards, process payroll data Provide management updates on client/caregiver concerns Manage the after-hours “On Call” phone on a rotating basis Run and analyze reports (scheduled hours, missed visits, client concerns) and recommend caregiver recognition Work collaboratively with the team while complying with state, local, and insurance requirements Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 1 year in home care scheduling and/or logistics (waiver experience strongly preferred) Exceptional customer service skills Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changes Strong organizational skills with dedication to follow-through Calm under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Reliable, punctual, with own transportation Decisive problem-solver with conflict resolution skills Hours: This is a daylight, Monday – Friday position, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
