We're looking for dedicated Casual Support Workers to join our team, supporting multiple participants across the Northern Beaches and North Shore areas. You must be available to commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week or more, which must include split shifts MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY morning and afternoon shifts. Key Locations Include: Mosman: Monday 11:30 - 2:30 PM Artarmon: Monday Tuesday Wednesday 10:AM - 12:30 PM Narraweena: Monday, Wednesday 1:30pm-4:30pm / OR 5pm - 8PM Other surrounding suburbs across the Northern Beaches. Diverse Duties: Assist with grooming, toileting, meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks. Person-Centred Support: Provide companionship and emotional support, respecting client preferences and privacy. Adherence & Reporting: Accurately follow individual support and health plans, and promptly report any concerns or changes in participant condition. About You If you are a Male and you've got experience handling complex medical stuff like PEG feeding, blood sugar checks, and you're good at Behavioral Support (especially with folks who have ASD), we need you! Quick bonus: If you are a Female and your first language is Tagalog, Japanese, Indonesian, Colombian, or Mexican Spanish, that's a huge plus!
