JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and care for individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of caregiving principles, including patient observation, medication administration, and adherence to HIPAA regulations. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in caregiving or home health is preferred; experience in a group home setting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy.
  • Proficiency in medication administration and patient observation techniques.
  • CPR certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Ability to perform light cleaning duties related to client care.
