SCHEDULE

We are looking for 1- person for this shift.
Wed - 9am-12pm and 5-8pm
Thurs - 9am-12pm and 5-8pm
Fri - 9am-12pm and 5-8pm

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting independence. This role requires a patient and empathetic approach, as caregivers will work closely with clients who may have varying levels of physical and cognitive needs.

SKILLS

  • Strong background in caregiving or patient care, with experience in memory care or hospice care preferred.
  • Knowledge of medication administration protocols and ability to manage medication schedules effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Ability to perform CPR and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
  • Understanding of resident rights and commitment to advocating for client dignity and respect.
  • Basic knowledge of social work principles as they relate to caregiving is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing high-quality care.
