Home Careolina is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and assistance to our clients in the Lake Norman area. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require support with daily activities in the comfort of their own homes. RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting * Help with meal preparation and feeding * Provide medication reminders and support with prescribed health routines * Assist with mobility and transfers safely * Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment * Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities * Report any changes in client’s condition or concerns to the appropriate personnel REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience in care-giving or a related field preferred * Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills * Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred * Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed * Ability to lift and support clients as required BENEFITS * Competitive pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly * Flexible scheduling options * Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives * Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development ABOUT THE COMPANY Home Careolina is a trusted provider of in-home care services committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to clients throughout Charlotte, NC.
