Description

Job Description: An individual who, under supervision provides assistance with daily living skills including but not limited to light housekeeping, nutritional and environmental support, personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing. Offered Benefits: * Dental and Vision Insurance * AFLAC * Flexible schedule Compensation: $11-$13/ hour (dependent upon level of experience) Qualifications: * 1 year of direct care experience or equivalent educational experience (preferred) * Practices good hygiene and is neat in personal appearance (required) * Fluent in English- reading, writing and speaking (required) * Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification (required) * Successfully pass clearance and reference checks (required) * Able to obtain 2 step TB test (required) * Successfully pass a criminal background check (required) * Valid Driver's License (preferred) Functional Abilities: * Is able to carry bundles upstairs weighing up to 10 pounds. * Must be able to stoop and bend. * Must be able to travel to prospective Consumer' s place of residence. * Must be able to hear and effectively communicate in English. Responsibilities

The caregiver assists with daily living skills, which includes providing light housekeeping, nutritional and environmental support, personal hygiene assistance, feeding, and dressing for the consumer under supervision. The role requires the ability to travel to the consumer's residence to perform these essential in-home services.
