Description
Village Caregiving is seeking a compassionate and reliable In-home Caregiver to provide exceptional care to clients in Centre County. This position involves assisting clients with daily living activities in their homes to promote their independence and well-being. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming * Help with meal preparation and feeding * Assist with medication reminders * Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment * Provide companionship and emotional support * Assist with mobility and transfers as needed * Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and the Village Caregiving team REQUIREMENTS * Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred * Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic * Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed BENEFITS * Competitive pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly * Opportunities for training and professional development * Supportive team environment * Flexible scheduling ABOUT THE COMPANY Village Caregiving, located in Altoona, PA, is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized in-home care services to individuals in our community.
