EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AT ENTRY:

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with up to 2 years of experience working with young children and/or families, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience may include daycare, in-home childcare, nanny, or former program participant. Knowledge of child development and familiarity with community resources. Home visiting experience preferred. SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Ability to share language, life experiences, culture, and community with the families. Basic computer skills and specialized training or coursework related to the position.
