  • Assist clients with daily activities according to their needs and choices
  • Work with clients one-on-one to live their best lives and maintain relationships
  • Assist clients with personal care or domestic duties in their homes
  • Assist clients to keep connected to their communities through activities they love

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced In-Home Personal Care Workers to join our team in the Bass Coast region:

  • Assist clients with daily activities according to their needs and choices
  • Work with clients one-on-one to live their best lives and maintain relationships
  • Assist clients with personal care or domestic duties in their homes
  • Assist clients to keep connected to their communities through activities they love
  • Work with several clients per day across shift patterns that work for you

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
  • Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or a related qualification. If you have completed the first year of your nursing studies, and have completed your placements, you will be a qualified Care Worker
