ABOUT US

We are currently searching for super-motivated and compassionate individuals like you to join our incredible team as an In-home Personal Care Worker within the Aged Care sector. As an In-home Personal Care Worker, you have the opportunity to empower elderly individuals by helping them maintain their independence and dignity, while also enhancing their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to our elderly participants, including assistance with activities of daily living, mobility assistance, assistance with eating and drinking, and respite care.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records .
  • Empower our elderly participants to make their own decisions and promote their overall well-being.
  • Assist with light duties in a household setting within our Community Service division.
  • Providing transportation (e.g. medical appointments, shopping)

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum qualification) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar field.
  • Bilingual proficiency - fluent in English and Greek but not limited to.
  • Fully vaccinated
  • Current Driver’s Licence
