OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and passionate and skilled in-home personal trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of fitness principles, a commitment to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals, strong people skills, and the ability to retain clients. As an in-home personal trainer, you will design personalized training programs, using various types of portable fitness equipment such as adjustable dumbbells, barbells, weights, trx, bands, etc. You will also provide guidance on exercise techniques, and foster a supportive environment that encourages clients to push their limits.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certification in Personal Training from a recognized organization is required.
  • Knowledge of program design, body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology is essential.
  • Experience in group fitness instruction or sports coaching is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate clients of all fitness levels.
  • Sales experience within the health club or fitness industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
  • A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
