We currently provide skilled nursing, companion, therapies and personal cares for a wide variety of clients in Eastern Iowa. We proudly provide these services to veterans, and we are in need of a In-Home Physical Therapist to expand the level of skilled care available to them. Responsibilities of as a Physical Therapist include: Provide high quality evaluation and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal disorders Develop personalized care plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function of patients in the home setting, involving patient in setting goals. Communicate and collaborate with associated medical professionals to achieve patient goals Clear, concise documentation in our Clear Care software system Regular communication with physicians, nurses, case managers within Veterans Affairs as needed Ability to work independently and autonomously, managing one’s own schedule Supervise home health aides involved in patient care Benefits of working at Right at Home as a Physical Therapist: Set your schedule to work around your kids, school, hobbies, etc. $50.00-60.00 per hour Unlimited telehealth visits for you and your family with Teladoc Prescription discounts Same-day pay with Tapcheck.
